CINDY TERZIAN

Leadership matters…
Described as a highly motivated, business savvy, collaborative, creative, results- and growth-driven marketing ‘guru’ and leader, Cindy brings a breadth and depth of experience and proven success in leveraging market insights, building (and refreshing) innovative brands, products and services, developing marketing and communications strategies and plans aligned to business goals, and partnering with Sales to enable them with the tools and resources they need to be successful.
With three decades of marketing, branding, communications and business development experience in corporate America with a Fortune 500 company, a “Big Four” professional services firm and other top providers of B2B professional services and business services, Cindy recognized the marketing expertise that organizations across diverse industries and at different stages of maturity need at junctions throughout their lifecycle to address opportunities for growth and sustainability. With this, she began to offer her expertise first just singularly as a branding, marketing and communications strategist, consultant and unofficial “CMO” or resource to the CMO. However, as client needs evolved, Cindy expanded her team resources to better address these requests. Now decades later, clients continue to trust and rely on Cindy and/or her extended team for expert help to accelerate the growth of their business.
Designing strategies, plans or helping implement them are certainly key drivers for organizations seeking Cindy or her team’s involvement. She is also sought after for helping clients to identify and exploit unrecognized opportunities, solve chronic business challenges, and stay ahead of the competition. While her work is centered around Marketing, she partners with all functions and levels of an organization to drive growth.
In today’s ‘changing by the minute’ realm of marketing and communications, Cindy understands the importance of constant innovation. When not at work, her free time is spent reading, traveling, continuously learning, and enjoying the outdoors.
